WOWWW LOOK AT THAT FLUFFY THICK MATCHA BREAD 😍😍😍🫶🫶

this is a plain (no filling) matcha bun that has grains and some red bean in it that gives it different textures. the bread is dense and chewy yet fluffy !! just look at that picture hahah. There’s also powdered sugar sprinkled on top of the bread !!!

this bread has a strong taste of matcha that tasted very authentic and earthy , not too sweet and there’s the bitter matcha taste which i love so much. only downside is that it did get a little gelat towards the end as this bread is HUGE, and i mean huge haha it’s bigger than my face .. and it’s $2.40 if i’m not wrong or around there !

overall , i really love this bread as i love matcha and ig you like matcha you should try it too !! Bread from gokoku bakery NEVER disappoints, love their textures and fillings all the time .
