Pluma—beautifully seared and paired with a sweet-sour apple celeriac puree, moreish garlic brussels sprouts and a sprinkle of toasted almonds—offering a perfectly layered bite.

Organic Egg with Perfect Runny Yolk served along with escargots and Pesillade (parsley, tomato & garlic) sauce.

Open since 1998, known for authentic French Cuisine located at 85 Club Street, L'Angélus launch an excellent line-up of new dishes to their grand menu!

NEW on the À Partager section and one of my favourite is this Boeuf Bourguignon ($132.00++) 800g melts in your mouth Wagyu short rib with rich red wine stew and pomme puree.

Housed in a beautiful two-storey bungalow surrounded by a verdant al fresco area that showcases a pétanque court – rarely seen in Singapore, Les Bouchons @lesbouchonsg well-known for classic and value-for-money Steak Frites and French cuisine has officially opened at Rochester Park on 18 Mar 2022.

The newest stars on the Plats walk of fame include Grilled Sirloin Wagyu – Japanese Hokkaido Black Wagyu MB +6/7 ($78.00++) and Grilled Canadian Pork Chop 400g ($44.00++) as featured. While Les Bouchons is famed for its meats, it is also keen to showcase beautifully-cooked seafood such as the showstopping Catch of the Day 800g-1kg featuring a great Atlantic seabass from Canary Islands ($88.00++). The choices will change according to the season’s best.

I am lucky to have try their Iberico Pork Rack, a special dish of the week in celebration of @lafete.winebar first anniversary this month. Served slightly pink, its juicy, tender & delicious.
