The bowl of ramen was quite outstanding on the menu with the use of Oyster. The creation of Ramen uses their Signature Sawara & Genmai Cha Broth infused with notes of oysters taste.
Garnished with Oyster paste, a brainchild of Michelin-Starred Chef Yamamoto, coupled with the Oyster Oil for deeper flavour. The aromatic Garlic butter is alluring.
A very stomach filling bowl. The fresh sashimi slices were topped with creamy Mentaiko mayo sauce and seared to its perfection. Salmon Poké was included in the bowl too with Yuzu Ume Rice mixed with greens salad, prawn roes, cashew, almond mix and yummy onsen Egg.
With such a variety of yummy protein flavours, Salmon Samurai is definitely a health-conscious choice for lunch over in CBD area and their bowls of salmon are reasonably priced too.
I'm sold at the first bite. The Yuzu Raspberry cake consists of 4 important layers with the top layer as Ruby Milk Ganache adorn with dollops of cream at its side. Vanilla Souffle Sponge made up the cake in alternating layers with light Yuzu Mousse and Raspberry Bits. This combination makes the cake refreshing indeed. The Menu had suggested it best paired well with either Sakari Yuzu Sake or Peach Oolong and I had the latter.
The Bento Set comprises a generous piece of Saba Fish, Chawanmushi, Miso Soup, Yellow Pickles as well as a bowl of salad dressed in roasted sesame.
Saba Fish was beautifully cut in half and grilled to its brown perfection. The skin was so well-grilled that having them gave me the slightest crisp texture. The size of the fish is bigger than what I expected than those we had in the Hawker Center & Coffee Shop. The portion is big that we can actually have a set and share between 2 pax.

The Hokkaido BIEI Jersey Milk Custard Cream puff was the undeniably great stuff that we were all queueing up for. For those who cannot manage to get a seat in the cafe, many of them did not leave the queue empty-handed. Instead, most of them ordered takeaway for the cream puffs.
Apparently this classic cream puff is well liked by the patrons and makes a perfect snack.
Goes well with a cup of coffee or chocolate
Goes well with a cup of beverage
Expiernce the explosion of luscious Hokkaido BIEI Jersey Milk custard cream that is cradled by the thin layer of crisp and coated with some powdered sugar.
While Szechuan Mala is in food trend, 67 does feature their own Ma La Bar Bites on the Menu. The Chicken Karaage was bite size and addictive especially with peppercorns as its ingredients. The bowl of food was accompanied by dried chilli, cashew nuts as well as cut spring onions. Although it was said to be Ma La (numb and spicy), we were glad that such effect was not present and the taste of Ma La did not overpower the bites. On a side note, these bites make a great pairing with beers and alcoholic beverages.
