This Dark chocolate logcake is amazing! Packed with Valrhona Dark chocolate cream and mousse, it contains a chocolate feuilletine-like bottom crust. But the star of the cake is the passionfruit mousse layer within, that boost the chocolate flavours of this cake.

Eggs Sugar Butter is a home baker trained at Tokyo Le Cordon Bleu specialising in fresh cream cakes and I ordered 2 cakes for a recent Xmas gathering. Pictured is their strawberry shortcake. Yes, I spree from this Instagram stall for Xmas! I bought their festive baked goods for Xmas gatherings and these lovely sea salt chocolate sables and houjicha cookies to be given as Xmas gifts to friends and family. I was offered some and I would say my favourite has to be the chocolate sables. They melt in your mouth are delightfully rich with dark chocolate with bits of salt that is so delicious!

My understanding that this is a festive bake. Not sure if it will be available after Xmas.

Gorgeous piece of art that looks great to eat. It's a bit on the sweeter side because it's a caramel based tart.The hazelnut and chocolate gave the layer of crunchiness and the tart base was buttery and crusty. Not bad but not wow.
