Bad Places

Ordered the 1-1 waffles, and ordered 2 scoops (additional $8) to go along with the waffles. Topped up $2 for the signature scoop (mou tai liquor) and $1 for the premium scoop (honeycomb). However, when the ice cream came, had a taste of it and it was the wrong flavour given. They gave us kaya butter instead of mou tai liquor. Pointed it out to the staff but she insisted that we were wrong and we got what we wanted. There was no taste of liquor at all but kaya butter. The other scoop of honeycomb tasted like durian. Overheard the staff discussing to the lady boss and admitted among themselves that it was indeed the wrong flavour given but nothing was done to recover. They carried on minding their stuffs like nothing happened. Before we left, we mentioned again that they had the flavours wrong and nothing was done, except for saying ‘ oh isit, sorry about it.’ Not even asking if we would like to be compensated for the additional top up of $2 to signature flavour. Definitely not coming back again. The scoops of ice cream were quite small as well for $6, and the waffles tasted burnt. Paid $17 in all which is quite steep for the quality and bad experience.
