Niu Dian is a great representative of Taiwan 红烧牛肉面.
They apparently have Michelin Bib Gourmand for Taiwanese Beef Noodles.

Their handmade noodles were of great texture and the broth was packed with flavours.
The beef short rib and cap here amazing too.
What you pay here is quality > quantity.

Pidan tofu was meh but the tofu was cold and it goes v well after many spoonful of beef noodles :)

Will probably come back when I’m around the area.

Mango purple rice was amazing. Tasted like mango sticky rice in a drink form.

Watermelon Yo-Tea is unique and has jelly 💯

The scallop & salmon were served generously and fresh.
Loved that charred, torched flavor on both the salmon and scallops.
However, the service here isn’t the best. The cashier/waiter was a little impatient, angsty.
Definitely worth coming back for its 1 for 1 Burpple Deal.
