✨Hojicha Mochi Ice Cream✨
This is honestly one of the best handmade green tea ice cream! The mochi is chewy and slightly melted so it’s not too tough to chew. The hojicha flavour is quite thick and may be too bitter for some people, but I love it😍 This will definitely be one of my go-to ice cream flavours for this parlour👍🏻

✨Rocher✨
This flavour was a little too light for my liking. There is a faint hazelnut taste, but it was quite diluted. I would say go for it if you are not a huge fan of rich and creamy chocolate🤣

✨Belgian Waffle✨
I love that the waffle is soft and fluffy in the middle and crispy on the end! However, the waffle fragrance is not very strong and would need more syrup for the waffle to soak in the sweetness. However, if you like plain waffles, this is for you! I recommend ordering stronger ice cream flavours with the waffle to blend it out😋

Take more pictures there! It will definitely brighten up your feed😉
✨Black Sesame Flavour + Matcha & Taro Balls + Ice Cheese Cubes✨
I must say that I’ve chosen very suitable toppings to go with the black sesame ice cream! The black sesame ice cream can be eaten on its own😍 It’s not too bitter and not too diluted either. It might actually be my favourite flavour there hehe. Although the toppings go well with the ice cream, the toppings itself were a little disappointing. The matcha and taro balls were quite tough to chew, with barely any flavours in it. The cheese cubes were quite cheesy and the flavour may be too thick and creamy for some people. But then again, I love cheese so it was perfect for me❤️ It would have been better if the cheese is more melted, so that it melts in my mouth with the ice cream🤣

✨Milk Flavour + Rainbow Sprinkles + Strawberry Cream✨
The milk flavour is not really prominent. It actually tastes like plain shaved ice🤣 Rainbow sprinkles adds a little sugar crunch to the otherwise smooth texture👍🏻 I’m kinda glad I ordered strawberry cream as a side!🙌🏻 The strawberry cream is a little sweet and milky on its own, but it melts well together with the shaved ice cream. However, I would say this is not a side that goes well with many of the ice cream flavours. Choose wisely!😜

🧇Food review:
Definitely one of the best Ice Cream Waffles in SG! The toasted waffle smell constantly wafts through the air too!😍 This is located right beside Udders! So you can choose which parlour you feel like trying that day💓 I will be listing some of my favourite Ice Cream flavour:😋
✨Waffle✨
My favourite kind of waffle is those that’s crispy on the ends and soft in the middle. This was perfect. They drizzled syrup onto the waffle, yet it still retains its crisp when you slice into it.
✨Lemon Cheesecake✨
This is easily one of my favourite flavours❤️ As a person who loves sour stuff, this is a really delicious flavour that is more sour than sweet. As it is a cheesecake flavour, it is also slightly creamier than other flavours, and it has little cookie bits inside as well! However, if you don’t like sour stuff, this may be too strong for you.
📈: 9/10
✨Roasted Pistachio✨
I have found a new love for Pistachio Ice Cream flavours. As I grew older, I really like food that does not have very strong flavours like this. This still has a prominent nutty taste, but I usually treat this as a palate cleanser when I order with Chocolate and Lemon Ice Cream🌟
📈: 8/10
✨Black Sesame✨
Surprisingly, this flavour is another one that has a light flavour! Usually, black sesame is quite bitter, but I think because they mix this into an ice cream, the flavour is more toned down, which is a good thing! However, it is slightly plain as compared to the other flavours they have. I recommend this if you are eating with friends or family who cannot take very sweet ice cream👍🏻
📈: 7.5/10
💼Service and ambience review:
The vibes are pretty chill, especially at night (good for date nights😉) The wait for the ice cream is around 10 mins with 3 people in front of me🙌🏻
🍦Ice cream review:
Definitely one of the best ice cream waffles in Singapore!💓 And I really love the way they stack up everything together😍
✨Waffles with double scoops✨
This waffle smells amazing! And you can smell it as soon as you open the door🤤The waffles is crispy, while the inside is quite thick and fluffy. I really like how they put the syrup at the bottom, instead of drizzling it all over the waffle👍🏻 It really prevents the waffles from getting too soggy, especially since there’s already ice cream on top. However, I wish there was more toasted flavour in the waffles as it tasted a little plain.
📈: 8/10
✨Butterscotch Almond Ice Cream✨
Easily one of my favourite flavours here!😍 It is on the sweeter side, but not as sweet as the name sounds👌🏻 This flavour is quite milky and creamy, but not the kind that will make you jelak. There isn’t much nutty or almond taste, if not I would’ve given it a solid 10/10🙌🏻
📈: 9/10
✨Richest Dark Chocolate Ferrero Ice Cream✨
Surprisingly this was not as rich as I thought it would be. The dark chocolate is not that bitter, so if you can’t take dark chocolate, this will be fine for you😌 I couldn’t really taste any Ferrero chocolate, so if you tell me this is a plain dark chocolate I would believe you🤣 The ice cream is still delicious, smooth and silky, but it does not taste as special as the name.
📈: 7.5/10
📝Additional comments:
It is usually full during weekday nights and weekends due to limited seats, so do come earlier!
💼Service review:
The service here is pretty fast, probably cause of the never-ending queue outside the shop👾
🍦Food review:
This is my favourite Singapore-based ice cream place! Most of the ice cream flavours here have not disappointed me🤪 The waffle is also crunchy yet fluffy, and I like how they serve the chocolate syrup on the side to avoid making it soggy before we start eating.
🥇Hazel’s Nuts
This is my favourite hazelnut ice cream in Singapore. Hands down🙌🏻 There’s crunchy chocolate wafers inside the ice cream that adds a little surprise to it whenever you take a bite. The chocolate is not too bitter nor too sweet. It tastes better than nutella😋
🥈Hojicha
As a big fan of matcha, this has to be in my list😚 The tea flavour in this ice cream is quite strong, but not as strong as those in Hvala and Matchaya. This tastes slightly sweeter to accommodate the taste buds of the majority, but this doesn’t mean they skim on the green tea taste. Order this if you don’t have a sweet tooth🍬
🥉Cookies and cream
This ice cream is milky and refreshing! Most of the ice cream parlours have this flavour, hence it’s hard to make it stand out. I feel Udders does it right by not making it too watery, and it also did not spam the cookie bits.
Honorable mention:
🎖Pistachio
I’m usually not a fan of pistachio, or anything with pistachio flavour. But this ice cream doesn’t taste too nutty. The flavour is quite light and creamy. It also doesn’t make your throat dry afterwards!
💸Total damage for 2 pax: ~$15
Every single cake here is delicious!
✨Passionfruit Mille Crepe✨
I’m usually not a fan of crepe cakes as it tastes too doughy if each layer is not done well. The cream in between layers adds moisture to the cake. When you slice it with a fork, the cut is really smooth. I love how good the quality of the crepe cake is! This passionfruit mille crepe cake has a good balance of sweet and sour.
💰: $9.50/slice
📈: 9/10
✨Strawberry shortcake✨
Although they are known for this, it did not disappoint me at all! The cream was really soft and the cake was moist. The tiny strawberry bits in the middle adds a little natural sweetness to this cake as well. Although it is slightly expensive, it is worth trying at least once!
💰: $8.50/slice
📈: 8/10
This did not live up to my expectations.
The waffle was soft and spongy, but I usually prefer waffles that are crispy. There isn’t any flavour in the waffle as well.
I ordered the red velvet ice cream, but it tastes like vanilla ice cream with cookie bits.
Maybe I will give the other ice cream flavours another try next time!
This is still my favourite yoghurt place in SG😋
This is a really refreshing yoghurt place to chill at after a meal. The standard has definitely not dropped over the years.
The fruits always taste fresh and juicy, and the biscuit bits give a good crunch to the sweet dessert.
I always get the cameralised biscuit sauce as it adds a different kind of sweetness to the yoghurt.

Slightly on the sweeter side with the many honey components, but the Marscapone cream is light and soft. When the ingredients combine, the sweetness becomes less overpowering.

✨Dark Chocolate Ferrero Ice Cream Waffle✨
𝐻𝑎𝑧𝑒𝑙𝑛𝑢𝑡 𝑎𝑛𝑑 55% 𝐶ℎ𝑜𝑐𝑜𝑙𝑎𝑡𝑒 𝐶𝑜𝑢𝑣𝑒𝑟𝑡𝑢𝑟𝑒, 𝐶𝑎𝑟𝑎𝑚𝑒𝑙 𝑀𝑎𝑟𝑠ℎ𝑚𝑎𝑙𝑙𝑜𝑤𝑠 𝑎𝑛𝑑 𝐻𝑜𝑚𝑒𝑚𝑎𝑑𝑒 𝐶ℎ𝑜𝑐𝑜𝑙𝑎𝑡𝑒 𝑠𝑎𝑢𝑐𝑒
This is my favourite. It has a subtle taste of Ferrero, and not too chocolate-y like other chocolate desserts. It doesn’t make you feel heaty and thirsty after eating either.
The ground hazelnuts add a unique crunch to the soft-served ice cream. The waffles doesn’t have much taste, but the ice cream makes up for it. The marshmallows are lightly toasted, adding a smoky taste to this dessert as a whole.

✨Sea Salt Gula Melaka Ice Cream Waffle✨
𝐺𝑢𝑙𝑎 𝑀𝑒𝑙𝑎𝑘𝑎 𝑎𝑛𝑑 𝐻𝑎𝑛𝑑-ℎ𝑎𝑟𝑣𝑒𝑠𝑡𝑒𝑑 𝑆𝑒𝑎 𝑆𝑎𝑙𝑡, 𝐺𝑢𝑙𝑎 𝑀𝑒𝑙𝑎𝑘𝑎 𝑀𝑜𝑐ℎ𝑖, 𝐶ℎ𝑜𝑐𝑜𝑙𝑎𝑡𝑒 𝑀𝑖𝑘𝑎𝑑𝑜 𝑆𝑡𝑖𝑐𝑘𝑠 𝑎𝑛𝑑 𝐺𝑢𝑙𝑎 𝑀𝑒𝑙𝑎𝑘𝑎 𝑆𝑎𝑢𝑐𝑒
The gula melaka ice cream is light and not too sweet. It goes well with the soft and chewy waffles. The waffles is a little bland, but it makes the flavourful ice cream stand out. I’m not a fan of mochi, but this mochi tastes plain. I wouldn’t know it’s gula melaka mochi if I didn’t read the menu. The chocolate mikado sticks are my favourite, wish they had given more🥺
