Condense milk was unexpected, I’ll rate it a 3/5.
This Taiwan inspired store is located at basement of Cuppage Plaza! The food is ok, but the service staff is quite slow when prepping the food.
Go earlier (before 10.30am) or if you’ve the patience to wait.
Their hot milk tea is great! 25% was just nice for us ($2.50)
