Vermicelli with grilled meat @ $26.90++
It's been a while since we ate here and so happy to be back as the food never disappoints! Got this to share between two who weren't too hungry, and even though the portion isn't a lot (just nice for us), it was sooo super satisfying.
The vermicelli was made into small pancake-like bites that were nice and easy to eat. The meats were all flavourful and juicy. The best was the sauce that goes so well with everything (think it contains fish sauce and other stuff).
Already thinking of when we should go back again.
Fresh vermicelli with grilled pork @ $11.90
Very nice dish, with lots of ingredients (sorry can't see the grilled pork in this picture). Very tasty but not too heavy. The springrolls are very good, the thickness of the skin is perfect, not too thick but still has a good bite to it. And the ingredients in them are generous too!
Beef with banana blossom and starfruit salad @ $9.90
Tbh, we only came here because it was crowded at Co Chung, but we're so glad to try at this place! This salad is super tasty and refreshing and there's so much ingredients in it.
I only wish the plate is larger so that the ingredients don't fall out of the plate while mixing them.
Bun cha hanoi @ $11.80
Basically it's a bowl of different pork - meatballs and grilled pork belly in an extremely tasty and flavourful broth. Comes with vermicelli, which is perfectly complemented by the broth. Vegetables in the dish added a crunch, and a refreshing dimension to the taste.
Really good dish.
Came to this outlet after trying out the one at Plaza Singapura a few months back, both outlets are really good. Not so sure about whether it's authentic, but don't really care since the food is great.
Only thing is the drinks is on the expensive side and there's more ice than the drink itself.
Cucumber and carrot salad with prawn and pork slices @ $8.90
Light and refreshing, perfect as an appetiser dish. Good amount of peanuts to balance out the taste and added a good crunch to the texture too.
Similar ingredients to the pancake that we ordered but tasted so different because of the sauce and dressing, so it's not one dimensional and really nice and refreshing.

Vietnamese pancake @ $13.85
The outer layer is nice and crispy and the fillings are generous, and perfectly complemented by the dressing.
