The taste of the beef reminded me of the Chinese cured meat (lup yuk). The onsen egg was not flowy too.
Though it was highly raved about on IG/TikTok, I think there were other dishes that were better than this at Abundance.
Taro coconut mousse, mango compote, mango jelly, vanilla sponge, sable tart, mint.
Disappointed as I have high hopes for anything-blanc. The taro flavor is wayyyy too weak to be called a blanc when it was supposedly a puree. the "blanc" was sort of like a one layer taro mousse. So I guess you're paying for a vanilla sponge and mango compote when you order this 😪
