If I could give a million stars to uncle for this tasty bowl of noodles, I WOULD 😋

I ordered the wanton mushroom noodles & added green chilli + regular chilli. First impressions: uncle is so generous! For $3.50, there was SO MUCH noodles, he was generous with the mushrooms & wantons too!

The yellow noodles were very nicely coated with chilli sauce and had such a great bite to it. Since I dabao-ed this, they were initially a bit clumpy but loosened up nicely with some soup.

The mushrooms were so soft and the sauce really added an umami flavour to the noodles too. Wantons were plump too and filled with juicy meat.

I was absolutely stuffed about halfway through & extremely happy with my meal at the end of it. Definitely one of the best bowls of wanton noodles I’ve ever had! ❤️ Probably returning again tomorrow to make another order 🤤
