“Ebro Delta” smoked eel toast, ensaladilla rusa, kristal caviar
Best tasting and most expensive dish. Smoked eel tasted like sashimi to me and the flavours worked well together. Gone in 2 bites. Order if you are feeling indulgent.
Their dishes were pricey in general given the small portion sizes. Not really worth the $ for me. Tasty but not wowed.
ajĂ amarillo, smoked quail egg, puffed quinoa
Slightly spicy dish with a mustard like tasting sauce. Tasty but not a must-order here.

fine herbs yoghurt, macadamia nuts, cider vinegar.
Super small portion. Tasted like satay actually. Not a must order.

Spanish pork jowl, chipotle, pickled pear.
Pork was tender, flavourful and fatty but not greasy. I would recommend this and the roasted cauliflower if you are here.

sweet corn sauce, chimichurri, chorizo oil.
Octopus was overly charred on the surface and had a strong burnt taste which was not to my liking. Other than that, the octopus was actually well cooked and not tough or rubbery. Least favourite dish of the night. Nah.

cauliflower couscous, Serrano ham, Manchego cheese
Fav dish of the other dining companions. The only dish that was bigger portion wise. Taste was as expected - roasted cauliflower with cauliflower rice. I would recommend ordering this and the pork jowl if you are here.
