Pho-losophy is one of the longest-standing stalls in this food court over the past few years. The serving of pho and ingredients is adequate and the beef is nicely done. The soup is a bit bland for what has been claimed to take 14 hours of cooking.

Booked a staycation at The Fullerton Hotel and decided to give Jade a try using our SGD120 dining credits 😋 The staff recommended for us to choose the Joyous set menu ($98++ per pax) as it’s “worth it” with the Boston Lobster noodles. We thought it’s a good idea but when we were tucking in, our joy turned into dismay as we realised the lobsters served that day were not fresh‼️ The lobster meat was stuck on the shell and not succulent at all. It was very disappointing as we chose the pricier set menu just to try the lobster. Didn’t quite enjoy 2 other dishes in the set too. I think the best dish in this set is the dessert, so here’s a lesson learnt - don’t go there for the mains 😢
