Treat yoself

Had this and several other dishes the other day but forgot to take a picture of the other dishes. This pizza is AMAZING. The sauce was interesting; sweet, spicy extremely flavourful. Dough has that slightly charred taste and smell you get from those typical furnace baked pizzas. I forgot what you call them. Only thing I’d have preferred is for the dough to have a little bit more integrity in terms of holding the sauce and, my meats and cheese. Price is about $30 with gst and everything. The alcohol we got was a special cocktail they made with proceeds that go to aid india in their fight against covid. It was really orangey and light. I quite enjoyed how light it smelled and looked but how heavy it tasted. I’m not a cocktail fanatic so I can’t say how worth and fantastic it is.

Wow. Flavourful with the right amount of saltiness. Chicken was tender and juicy even with though it was baked in salt. The sauce was amazing and really made the meal. Curious to try other kinds of salted baked chicken now that i’ve tried this!!

We tried the Unagi Fried Rice and Kimchi Fried Rice over here and both of them were amazing! The way the taste of unagi and kimchi infuses with the rice is mind blowing and I highly recommend trying these dishes when you come here.

It’s definitely worth it with a Burpple deal.

Nightcap has an ongoing partnership with @keenwaybread now and the dough is to die for. If you like your pizzas on the thinner side with a chewy(think sourdough bread) and light(fluffy and airy) crust, you will be hard-pressed to find another worthy cafe.

Beers were as described; fresh and crisp, what you’d expect out of a tap. For beer drinkers who enjoys lagers, I’d highly recommend the super pilsner. For those with a more fruity palette, the pineapple sour IPA is just as worthwhile. Catch them before their beer menu revamp! (that’s what the staff said)
