Ordered the Pickled Shredded Pork Noodle.

The soup was good. Salty, tangy and slightly spicy. It had a strong pickled vegetable taste. The pork was not bad, it did not have any porky smell. Noodles were cooked Al dente. There were also beansprout. The ratio of noodles to ingredients was good. Overall, was satisfied with the meal.

The lady was also very friendly. If you can't take spicy, no worries. The addition of chili is optional.

Ordered the Mala Ban Mian ($6.30).

I like how the noodles are packed separately from the soup. Noodles were al dente and not overcooked. Mala soup had a lot of oil and wasn't numbing. Soup was just a little spicy and did not deliver on the mala expectation.

The minced meat in the noodles were well marinated and had a good slightly bouncy texture. There were also dried shitake mushroom, bok choy, egg and ikan bilis.

I like how the aunty at the stall was super friendly. I would try their dry ban mian the next time round.

One of my favourite cuisine is Szechuan. Numbing and Spicy.

Came here for lunch and ordered their Chong Qing Grilled Fish 重庆烤鱼($18) and Spicy Chicken 歌乐山辣子鸡($10).

Grilled fish in this area are all prices at $18. Very affordable. The grilled fish was crispy and came in a flavourful and not too spicy broth, filled with vegetables. There were napa cabbage, green cabbage, black fungus, enoki mushroom, beancurd strips, beansprout and some green leafy vegetable.

Spicy chicken was not bad. Not the best but value for money. It was not too spicy and numbing and quite flavourful. Chicken was well fried and crispy. A good snack to have.

Service wise, it was not bad. The food was sent to our table and they gave us a total of 4 plates and cutlery when they saw that there were four of us at the table even though we only ordered 2 rice.

I got the 辣子鸡 Crispy Chicken with Dried Chili($10.90) and 四川担担面 Sze Chuan Dan Dan Noodle Set Meal ($8.90).

Chicken portion looked ok however when I ate it, I realized they were coated with a lot of batter. Taste wise, it was not bad. Salty, slightly spicy and numbing. However the chicken could be better coated with the flavours of the dried chili, onion and peppercorn.

Dan Dan Noodle was good. It tasted similar to 酸辣粉 hot and sour noodle. Slightly spicy, numbing and sour. The vegetables gave the dish the crunch it needed. The set meal also consisted of a side and a drink.

For the side, I chose 麻辣莲藕 Mala Lotus Root which quite disappointing. The numbing-ness was present but it lacked salt. It was also slightly sweet though.

For the drink, I got the 菊花茶 Chrysanthemum tea. I was disappointed as this was the only drink shown in the delivery platform was not in a can form.

Overall only the Dan Dan Noodle was ok. The rest were slightly below average.

Ordered the 干锅肥肠 which is basically pig's interesting with chili.

I like how the intestine did not have a strong smell. Green chili was thinly sliced. Black fungus was crunchy. The flavour of this dish was really good. Not too spicy and slightly numbing.

They have a food buzzer so that you'll know when to collect your food. Would definitely come back to try their other dishes.

Love China skewered meats so we came here with my friend for an early dinner. Ordering is placed via scanning a QR code on a piece of paper which directs you to their ordering website.

We ordered most of their meat and honestly have no idea which meat was which but they were not bad. The meat are all cooked before being placed on a grill in front of us. There's also an option of spicy or not spicy. The difference is the addition of chili powder to the spicy option which IMO is not really spicy.

Ordered the grilled leek which was really good and flavourful.

Pig ears with cucumber were good as well. Crunchy, chilled and flavourful.

Tinfoil clam. Clam soup with Enoki mushroom. Soup was not bad but tasted like chicken seasoning. Do order the not spicy version if you can't take spicy.

Overall would recommend the grilled leek!

Came here for lunch and decided to get their dumplings as well.

The skin of the dumpling is a little thick but smooth. Filings were packed with crunchy vegetables but felt that it could do with more seasoning. The sauce of the dumplings were good and acidic enough. Tasted like Lao gan ma with black vinegar.

Overall dumplings were not too bad. However I didn't like how my dumplings were at the counter turning cold. It wasn't a busy day and the staff just rang the bell and stood there without bothering. We were seated in front of the ordering machine and the guy could clearly see us and he clearly knew that we were looking out for our dumplings. Yet he didn't place the dumplings at the table counter, instead it was placed somewhere we couldn't see from where we were seating.

Went here with my friends for lunch. We ordered Hot and Sour Soup with Si Chuan Pickles Noodle and Tomato Soup with Vinaigrette Ebiko Prawn Paste Noodle.

For the Hot and Sour Soup with Si Chuan Pickles Noodle ($13.90), soup was quite good. Tasty and slightly numbing. Si Chuan Pickle was a little too sour for my liking. Beef was ok. Egg was also ok.

Tomato Soup with Vinaigrette Ebiko Prawn Paste Noodle ($13.50). Tomato soup was ok, could have used more seasoning. Ebiko Prawn Paste was a disappointment. I had better Ebiko prawn paste before so when I saw this on the menu I was so excited. Felt that the Ebiko Prawn Paste could have used more seasoning and more Ebiko. The texture was also quite soft. Noodle for both were also softer than what I prefer but ok.

Overall not really worth the price unless you go for their lunch promo which starts from $9.90 for 1 main, 1 side (any that's $3 and below) and 1 drink.

Came here cause I had cravings for 串串 (skewered items).

Ordered their 自制酸梅汤 Sour plum juice ($4). Served in a jug, about 4 serving. Juice was quite sweet, a little artificial and wasn't as sour as I had expected.

Next up the food (minimum of 2 sticks for food $2 and below). The food was actually not spicy and more on the salty side so you could opt for more chili if you're the kind that loves spicy food. Here's what we had:
Grilled chicken feet ($1). Seasoning was ok but feet was quite chewy.
Grilled mutton kebab ($1). Mutton smell wasn't too strong and seasoning was ok.
Grilled beef kebab ($1). Beef was ok.
Grilled beef tendon ($2). Tendon was very chewy and needed more seasoning.
Grilled sausage ($1.50). Chinese pink sausage was sweet and had a good bite.
Grilled pork intestine ($1.50). Intestine had a slight smell, were a little chewy and were skewered with green chili slices. Could have used more seasoning.
Grilled pig kidney ($1). Didn't like it as I prefer mine slightly undercook but my friend found it ok.
Grilled chicken heart ($1). Good. Seasoned just nice.
Grilled chicken gizzard ($1). Good with a slight chewiness.
Grilled chicken kebab ($1). Tender chicken with good seasoning.
Grilled stinky tofu ($2). Tofu with a crispy skin and a slight stinky tofu taste.
Grilled chives ($2). Good but a little too salty.
Grilled baked mushroom ($1). Oyster mushrooms that were a little too salty.
Grilled mushroom ($1). Shiitake mushrooms that felt a little too oily.
Grilled needle mushroom ($4). Enoki mushroom that were seasoned just nice.

There's also a $0.30 charge for the dry and wet tissues. So just go ahead and use the tissues provided.

What I like about China food establishment is that they usually have this point system where you can use your points accumulated to redeem "free" stuff from their menu.

Weekday Tea Time (1 main + 1 appetizer + 1 drink) from 3pm-5pm.

I got their Ebiko Prawn Paste with Chili Vinaigrette Ramen + Chilled Crunchy Cucumber + Taiwan Soya Bean Milk.

For your mains you can choose thick vermicelli, Chinese ramen or rice noodle (Kueh teow). Obviously this being a ramen shop I ordered the Chinese ramen. The Ebiko Prawn Paste with Chili Vinaigrette Ramen was really delicious. The Ebiko Prawn Paste had chunks of prawn and had a firm bouncy texture. The chili vinaigrette was really good. Numb-ing, acidic, slightly spicy and just the right savoury-ness. Every bite just gives you this numb-ing sensation which I really like. The ramen was good too, cooked till Al-dente. The shredded cucumber on the ramen also helps a little with the numb-ing heat of the ramen. There's also the addition of fried crunchy minced garlic and a spoonful of chopped spring onion placed on top of the noodles.

Chilled Crunchy Cucumber was on the salty side. But nevertheless is was good. Chilled, tasty and refreshing.

Soya bean milk was quite good. It's less sweeter compared to most brand. Good for those who are conscious about their sugar intake.

My friend also had the Le Signature Trio Shrimp Ramen and Braised Beancurd in Tonkotsu Sauce for his set.

I didn't try the ramen but he said that it was good. The broth of the ramen was good but could be more flavourful.

Braised Beancurd in Tonkotsu Sauce was quite bland. Small cubes of Beancurds soaked in a hot Tonkotsu Sauce. The Tonkotsu sauce was watery and mildly flavoured. The beancurd doesn't really soak up the flavour of the broth so it taste quite bland. You would have to eat the beancurd with a scoop of the broth if you would want it more flavourful.

Overall I really like my ramen as it tasted quite similar to Mala Hotpot which I like but with the addition of vinegar. Also the portion was very filling for me. Do note that if you can't really handle the numb sensation I would advise you not to choose this as the more you eat the more numb-ing it becomes.
