High Tea Buffet($34.80)@ Swatow Restaurant:
Restaurant is Chinese atas type. Really maciam rich ppl can afford oni. Pace of food arriving at tables can be quicker. 15mins for 2 types of dishes to arrive within eating time of 1h30mins is quite long. Got a large variety but lots of misses. Best would be century egg porridge, Fried Salted Egg Fish Skin, Chicken Feet,Pork ribs and Fried Banana Red Bean. #JonApproves 7.25/10
Chee Cheong Fun is ok.
Chee Cheong Fun with Char siew is ok.
Egg tarts are small and light,easy to pop one into the mouth.
Xiao Long Bao is not bad,soup can have more of pork broth. Meat portion could have Abit more.
Almond Pudding is alright.
Tau Suan is alright, not too starchy.
Red Bean dessert is meh.
Mango pudding is meh.

Chicken Feet is sweet and tasty.
Pork Ribs are delicious and saucy.
Beancurd Skin Roll with Shrimp is ok.
Fried Banana Red Bean is one of the best that they have, crisp and the combo of banana and red Bean goes well together.
Turnip Ball has the weird crunchy texture and the chewy and rubbery like skin.
Shrimp dumpling is umami and good.
Carrot cake is mushy,Abit lackluster.
Golden Custard Buns are ok, filling is Abit too solid,expected a watery one,buns are Abit tough too.
Lor Mai Gai is ok.

Warm for the throat.
Milk tea is legit,I believed they used the Thai milk tea powder that is used in Chatuchak.
Pork Jelly is unique, meat is like bah kwa but less oily and have the jelly like texture.
Prawn is ok.
Laksa is not bad,got the curry leaf essence.
Fried Salted Egg Fish Skin is crispy and salted egg is legit. Saltiness is just rite,not too much.
Char Siew Baos has red vinegar taste, it threw me off when I first smelled and tasted it. Nothing fantastic tho.
Siew Mai is not bad.
Har Gao is nice,meat is plentiful.
Fried Prawn is ok.
Steamed Chives Dumpling is ok.
Abalone is chewy,not the freshest.
