Honestly wanted to try all the craft cocktails! $16 during HH from 5-8pm. We got the Loquat Elixir, Pulut Hitam, & The Descendants. I really like how they indicate strength, sweetness, acidity, bitterness, as well as provide the elements that go into the cocktail so you can make a more informed choice 🙂 Their kitchen is good too! Would definitely be back ~
I’ve visited the Gillman Barracks branch prior to this, and wasn’t disappointed each time I visited Hopscotch! Albeit expensive, the cocktails are very well concocted - even the bespoke one (pictured) was very pleasing and suited our palette!
In terms of food, so many of the mains interest me! We have visited several times with friends so we got to try alot of the food already! Some favourites are the Guinness Beef Bourguignon, Baba Prochetta, Wagyu Burger, and (a recent addition to the menu) the truffle pumpkin cream chicken!
2 areas of improvement is that the time from ordering to getting both food and drinks can be quite long, and the soups can be improved on.
Great for tea lovers! We got the da hong pao and the peach oolong, and added white pearls (no included in the 1for1)! White pearls are slightly honeyed and are the crunchy type like the Gongcha White Pearls! DHP may be “siap” but I don’t really mind. Refreshing and thirst-quenching for a hot afternoon! No complaints ~
