Mix the sweet-spicy sauce into the bed of noodles and you get a refreshingly light yet savoury meal thanks to the smokey grilled pork slices and juicy spring rolls filled with minced pork. 🤤 I also love the variety of flavours and textures in this bowl, from the sliced veggies to the pork floss and fried shallots. There is never a dull bite!
I've also tried their Vietnamese spring rolls ($6.50) and they are DELICIOUS. The prawns are huge and crunchy, and the rolls can be dipped in the same fabulous sweet-spicy sauce. Do give this stall a try when you are here!
