Ordered the Mala Soup Guo Qiao MiXian (Cross-Bridge MiXian) and it comes with almost all the ingredients available. I choose 1/10 spicy and it was the perfect hint of spicy if you usually eat 小辣. The soup was flavourful and don’t get tricked by it milky white colour, the spiciness is there! It’s quite a huge bowl for 1 pax so I would suggest sharing between 2!
