A pork pancake!!!!🥞🍖
One of the most tender pork I have ever tried, it was so exquisitely tender it was like slicing through a fluffy pancake.
That hint of sourness from the apple cider and sweetness from the caramelised Apple🍎and braised red cabbage (like the maple syrup on pancake🍯) were all that was needed to bring out the best in this meat.
Plus with burpple beyond 1-1 deal? Rare value-for-money quality ❤️
