It's more crispy than I would have liked but the batter was saurrr fragrant🔥

A lovely adaptation of an eggs royale.🍳🥞 Warmly spiced with cinnamon, the addition of pumpkin into the batter gave it a texture that is less fluffy but more moist!

Many places do their hollandaise overly sour or heavy, but this had the right amount of cream, with its brightness peeping from pops of tobiko✨

had a mochi-mochi texture but a little bland so best dipped in condensed milk!

Only available during the weekend! Eggy & fluffy inside with crispy edges🥞 Then, you get a different chewy texture when mixed with the ice cream, which had such a strong vanilla bean flavour 😋🍨

a lot of mochi was given but it’s bland on its own. the ice cream was really good though🍨🍨 we had White Crysanthmum and Soya Youtiao, both were really strong in flavour!

mochi waffle had a vvv stretchy mochi pull! didn’t think a sorbet would go well w waffles but we really wanted to try the raspberry passionfruit sorbet. turned out to be super refreshing and the pairing worked!

as usual, the soft serve was rich in sightly salty cheese flavour!! the little cubes of red velvet cake topped w lemon custard were also a nice topping. would always recommend sunday folks for ice cream, but a little stingy with their waffles, can skip and get cones/cups instead

i don’t like waffles that have a kueh-like texture. this has BUT the aunty left it in longer so there was a perfect balance of crisp and chewiness which i really enjoyed!! also CDC vouchers can be used so i only spent $0.10 for this🤩
