Ice Cream That Make You Scream
Yeah I loved it and I stay in Yishun so I returned swiftly.
For something special, the wheat milk was controlledly sweet with a clean malty freshness, underscored by a silky but also charmingly sticky texture.
They also had a new flavour in R&D — the 𝘀𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗺𝗶𝗹𝗸 which was reminiscent of salted caramel but lighter with a gentler milk fragrance and not as cloying as salted caramel sometimes can get.

Yishun is not that gentrified even with all the immortal witches living here. We even have cool gelato shops like newcomer @bloomartisancafe, who will absolutely bewitch you.

Their 𝘀𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗱𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵 𝘄𝗮𝗳𝗳𝗹𝗲 ($4) might be conjured through sorcery — it's exceedingly crispy with fluffy moist innards sporting hints of sourdough twang.

A favourite was the 𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗮𝗰𝘂𝗹𝗼𝗼𝘀, 𝗰𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗺 (classic – $3.50 single / $$6 double). Straightforwardly rich with fragrant speculoos accents for great contrast. Did I mention they opened outside my sec school? It hit extra hard with sweet adolescent nostalgia.

For the adults, their 𝘄𝗵𝗶𝘀𝗸𝘆 𝗰𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗿𝘆 (premium – $4.20 single / $7.40 double) had vivid sweet-sour fruit undertones which melded perfectly with smouldering whisky notes, which reminded me that I'm a adult now and it's better cos there's alcohol.
