Craving For A Big Breakie so here's to whipping up since I have time (two egg whites, kiwi and cucumber, one slice of toast sliced into half! One is with quarter avocado topped with one yolk and the other one is with black sesame + figs drizzled with honey. A couple of cherry tomatos)
Marinated the chicken overnight and whipped up something simple with pasta, zucchini and carrots :) not forgetting a bowl of fruits for the vitamins!
Loaded up on the antioxidant since the weather has been crazy lately. Fresh fruits, nuts and seeds with my usual coffee black :)
Great way to start the day! Filling and yummy breakfast :) add on a dash of cinnamon powder if you like spices!
Who else love this for breakfast? Haha goes well with plain bread, porridge or even eaten on its own! I always alternative between this two š
Used emi wong's salmon soup recipe and had it with some rice :) topped with some kimchi and homemade ramen egg on the side, bagus š
Homemade Prawn Balls turned out bigger than expected haha didn't add any flour to it, slightly bigger in volume due to minced garlic as well and spring onions which added a really good flavor to it :)
Salmon with lemons and herbs. Egg plants with red bell pepper eggs. Zero calories noodles with assorted vegetables. Kimchi.
Simple meal for 2 paxs! Added some daikon, mushroom and wakame seaweed to the miso soup :)
Added some firm tofu, carrots, mushrooms and daikon to the miso soup with some wakame seaweed (placed last) Simple to cook, took approx 15 mins to just cut and place everything into the pot for boiling :)
Steamed some sweet potatos, added some soft boiled eggs and sliced some avocado sitting on a bed of spinach! Topped with alfalfa sprouts, beetroot and cherry totmato:)
Oven Baked Salmon with some roasted veggies to go with Maggi noodles for dinnerš
