Fried milk was really interesting and a must try! Taro ball wasn’t as good as blackball, which was a bit disappointing. Overall, lovely ambience and place to chill with friends after a meal. Grumpy staff but there’s limited interaction so that isn’t a huge concern.
Both soup bases were really flavourful and chock full of ingredients and plenty of fish! Definitely value for money, especially with the free flow items. On the day we visited, quite a number of items weren’t available so it was a bit disappointing.
This was excellent and I enjoyed it tremendously! The scallops complimented the rice, cucumbers and truffle-infused sauce perfectly. Delicate balance of flavours and generous serving sizes. Only wish the rice was chilled instead of warm, as it heated up the raw scallops :(
Had the Truffle Wagyu Don; the wagyu beef strips was really tender and flavourful. It came with flakes of truffle which was mild. It was the best dish out of the 4 we selected and definitely one that we would reorder. Will suggest to give the soft shell prawn maki and the dry ramen a miss. Like most Chinese fusion/contemporary food, there are hit and misses.
