Decent portion of Japanese rice and salmon sashimi in cubes. Not too much and not too little. The scallops are thinly sliced. Would be good if it’s slightly thicker for more 口感 but it’s understandable that it’s a more expensive ingredient too. Worth it if you have it w burpple beyond $17 for 2 of the same bowl!
