If you have a penchant for dim sum, some of my favourite and you must try it. 😍😍Samsui Ginger Bao, Crispy Prawn Cheong Fun, Mushroom Bao, Siew Mai, Ha Kao, and Fried Yam Cake. Samsui Ginger Bao is up for ordering with flavourful fragrant ginger sauce with steamed chicken🐥🐥 wrapped in a fluffy bun.😋😋 Crispy Prawn🦐🦐 Cheong Fun worth mentioning a the thin layer of skin wrapping a savoury chunchy batter of juicy prawn.

Ending your meal with dessert like herbal jelly, double boiled snow fungus with ginkgo and red tea aloe vera jelly if you happen to dine in on weekend or dinner. I am sure you can have more than one bowl for dessert.😃😃

So full and the dim sum was really good. How I wish could try them all. All of them are served piping hot. Hopefully they will extend their promotion after 30 November for more people to enjoy this awesome feast.🤗🤗

Savouring extremely flavourful bowl of seafood soup. Love their addictive soup base that is simmer to extract the perfect amount of collagen. The broth is rich but it is super little. Pretty sad about this. ☹☹ Would of course wish @yanjigourmet hear me and give us more soup.🙏🏻🙏🏻

The mouth watering soup may due to lots of fresh ingredients. Particularly love the flavourful meat patty. Price is on a slightly steeper side.

Today I plan to try something different and want to have everything on my plate. I spotted Trinity Plate ($25.90) as the best choice for me. Omg,Triple goodness!! 3 classic pancakes topped with 3 different of goodness. Hamburg steak topped with sunny side up🍳, avocado🥑 and bacon🥓 and lastly poached egg with tomato🍅. Served with salad and mushroom. A plate of heavenly good to me. Add($2.90) for a glass of refreshing iced peach tea.

Symmetry Egg Benedict-one of the better eggs Benedict we have come across. What makes it an impressive is the cute little hash brown which is so crispy on outside and soft on inside.

Lamb Shakshouka -spice lovely stew in stone pan keeps the food warm after awhile. This presentation command a premium to this dish. Love the sourdough bread dip into the flavourful stew. Their Merguez lamb sausage is a powerhouse of spicy and earthy flavor.
