Ordered the big breakfast, generous portion.

Mushrooms were well seasoned and the waffle crisps is enough of a reason to order this dish. The bread was also well buttered.

But i the rest of the items felt a tad bit salty, so maybe you can ask for less salt when you order.

Ordered the cocotte and carbonara. Both had eggs which were still runny.

The yolks were also a deep orange hue rather than yellow, which apparently means the chickens are healthier and eat better.

Eggs benedict with bacon (20++)
Eggs were done right, with the yolk oozing out when cut. Would recommend adding bacon to your eggs. Bacon was the streaky fatty kind (ie lits of flavour which the buns would soak up).

You might need to add some salt to the roasted potatoes if you eat them alone. Or you could soak up the yolk and. Bacon grease with them.

Duck confit and waffle (28++)
Loved how the liege waffle was not too sweet, yet had enough flavour while having the perfect texture.
Duck was very tender, but felt like it was a weird combination with the waffle.
Maybe i'm just uncultured and people actually do eat waffles with duck.

Ordered the breakfast platter ($27) which was probably enough to feed 2 pax. Inside it was eggs, bread, salad, sausages, bacon, salmon tomatoes, potatos.

Their potatoes were well fried outside, yet soft inside. Which is also how i'd describe their toasted brioche buns.

Their eggs also were very creamy. Get the truffle eggs prosciutto if truffles are your thing. They give a generous amount of truffle which gives the egg an added kick

But they dont take reservations unfortunately. I reached at 11.15am and still had to queue, so you might want to head there earlier. And ask for a seat inside. The heat can get unbearable if you're seated outside.
