came by for their weekday 1f1 special and got 3 dishes: bbq pork ribs, grilled chicken chop w mushroom sauce & the fried squid w fries (appetiser), overall was a really good experience!!! the pork ribs were tender & the bbq glaze was delicious, the chicken chop had an amazing char to it that elevated the tender chicken meat & the fried squid had a super crispy batter and soft squid meat!! the sides are also worth a mention, the salad comes with a french dressing thats tangy, the fries are not soggy, the aglio olio that came with the chicken chop had al dente pasta and was tasty, the corn was super duper sweet (no kidding) and very lightly buttered & the coleslaw was very refreshing! overall, partner & i were really impressed w our first trip to collins, will be back!!!
