Love a good wanton mee and this was not bad :-) The egg was done just right, and the crispy prawn on the sides were a good addition to give a crispy bite to the dish! Chashu was also well seasoned and pretty tender. The texture of the noodles was just right I would say, although I personally would’ve preferred it a bit more cook time on the noodles.
