Brioche was soft, cheese was melted, scrambled eggs were creamy - best combination really. It's the kind of burger that will explode when you hold it in your hands and take a big bite, leaving behind a dripping mess. (So use cutlery). Taste wise, there was a thin layer of spicy tangy sauce which differentiated it from the usual egg burgers. Good choice for late lunch.
Tolido's is the place to go when we have time off work on a weekday, to relive those schooling years. Since 2015, we have been visiting here and the rosti is a permanent order. For a change, I had pancakes and while they weren't wobbly, they were still fluffy and filled up well. Sides were nothing to shout about. Perhaps time and again, we return for that familiar sense of our *youthful* days.
