Mud crab shell stuffed with curry-marinated meat and topped with tobiko and tonburi (mountain caviar). Yummy! The curry was fragrant and crab meat was delicate. Ming found it to be a bit salty.

Still on the bone, the lamb belly was very tender with piquant miso sauce! The lamb taste can be a bit a strong, so we suggest ordering only one red meat dish for the night.

Grilled to perfection, the whole Aussie leek was soft, buttery and tasty. Love the anchovy butter, while roasted hazelnuts and salt crystals provided some crunch!

Marinated in seaweed butter and seasoning, the corn was shucked before being grilled within the husk leaves. Sweet and buttery - it was a good contrast to the salty crab dish we ordered. Recommended as a good side to contrast any heavy meat dishes here.

The consomme was peppery with fatty and potent beef essence. It was served with tender beef encased in spinach, along with an oxtail croquette. Best eaten immediately or it can get jelak.

It was our wedding anniversary. We celebrated at Entier and the kitchen surprised us with a free dessert - raspberry mango mousse. 😘

It doesn't matter if it's for lunch or dinner, the dark choc soufflé here is a must order.

Perfect crusty top, warm moist interior, and velvety dark choc liquid at the centre, the dark choc soufflé (RM40) is amazing.

The soufflé is decadently dark as it uses 70% single origin Pahang choc with choc ice-cream on the side. Mmm... 😋🍫 this is our absolute favourite soufflé in town!
