Fook Kin on a Friday night. There's still available seats when we left before 8pm.
2nd time I was there, Char Siew was good as ever. Slight crisp tender meat with lotsa fats. Herbal Duck was a tad dry. Roast pork was crispy and thats it. Nothing special for the Curry Maggi mee. Overall meh, won't be back if I'm not ard the area. Ard $72 for quarter herbal duck, roast pork & char view combi, curry instant noodle w roast pork n a mineral water.
Used to be only at Arab St but now it's popping up everywhere. This the only brunch I've seen that's not crowded, guess not many knew bout this new location.
For someone who don't eat rice, I always ordered their 3 in 1 麻油鸡饭, 卤肉饭 and Oyster Mee Sua set. They might look plain n simple but 真的很够味. We also ordered some sides which was alright. We came ard 5pm on a weekday n there wasn't any other patrons at all. Price wise always very pocket-friendly.
