The Square at furama has an international buffet, including roast cuts like lamb and beef, but my favourite goes to the salmon sashimi! The aglio olio deserves a mention too. Some cuts may be tougher. (~$53 before gst for dinner on weekends, with extra charges for drinks)
Just look at that plate of aburi and fresh salmon sashimi and other cuts, we absolutely devoured those. Fresh, plump, and oozing with juiciness - they deserve more orders. We also kept going back for their salmon sashimi. Plus the sweet dashi hotpot at the back served as the highlight.
All in all, be spoilt for choice with a buffet here! I will be back! (Esp worth it with burpple)
Hotel Jen's Xmas spread is quite a delight! Highlights for me are the pork knuckle, lobster risotto in parmesan cheese wheel, salmon sashimi, abalone. Drool inducing :) - $44 per pax for dinner during early bird promotion, with $25 add on for free flow wine and beers
