I ordered the Lampino Ibérico Chuletero and the Tajima MBS 6–7 Wagyu Picanha, both cooked medium rare, and a sourdough.

The clear highlight of the meal was the Wagyu picanha. It had an incredibly deep, intense beef flavour and quite literally melted in the mouth.

While the Ibérico chuletero wasn’t as soft as the Wagyu, it was still extremely flavourful and is definitely worth ordering. It came with several well-thought-out accompaniments like mushrooms, and a Marsala sauce—which balanced the richness of the meat beautifully. Personally, I loved the pork and would definitely order a second serving too.

The sourdough was enjoyable on its own, with the seasonal fermented butter served alongside it.

Lastly, we really appreciated the staff taking the time to walk us through their dry-ageing and fermentation processes.

I was recommended by a friend to try this place out and I was not disappointed!! I was struck by the warm service and cosy atmosphere upon entering the place.

I ordered the New York Strip, medium rare. It was prepared extremely well. It is always a challenge to prepare a steak well and Meat N Chill excelled themselves. To add on many places often overlook the side dishes, but here even the sides were prepared well. I ordered the Cajun rice and mashed potatoes and they complemented the steak really well. The mashed potatoes were served with a special gravy which was delectable. The Cajun rice was extremely flavourful as well.
To finish off, I ordered the Oreo Milkshake which was reasonably priced and it was really rich and flavourful. I would definitely come again!

Service was amazing too! I could not finish my drink and the waitress was happy to pack it up for me.

Elixir Boutique Roaster is an amazing location for friends to have a chill get-together! The Breakfast Works set was also extremely well prepared and is a great value for money.

My friend ordered the Turkish Eggs which was extremely unique with its amazing combination of flavours. The sourdough bread also went really well with the dish.

For the Breakfast Works, the scrambled eggs deserve a special mention too and it complemented the other dishes of the set very well!

Will definitely come back again and I would recommend this place for anyone who wants a quiet place for a good brunch!

Fat Belly is an extremely conducive location for a quiet meal with some friends and the ambience was very good as well.

I ordered the Deckle and it was a really nice cut and was perfectly cooked, the Truffle fries also complemented the dish well. Topping it off was a delicious Basque Burnt Cheesecake that went extremely well with the passionfruit sauce served with it!

I would definitely patronise Fat Belly again!
