All About Hojicha
($5) they use akane powder frm niko neko as i alr tried it at jb and other cafe. But then it's quite goat even the queue is too long and he legit take and served one customer each time. Its worth it to try it out when during weekdays before lunch time and need to queue up within 1 hrs? Hojicha Latte was quite umami and creamy aftertaste.
($8.50) I just decided to be a bit greedy bc i don't know where i head back anytime so I just ordered two different flavour for drink for taste and experience. So hojicha taste quite sweet and its quite not complemented w house made cream so it's kinda missed. I did opt out no sugar to taste real flavour. So like hojicha was quite nice and not bad.
($7) its much taste much better than previously I have order it b4. It got strong roasted tea but I opt out no sugar.
(2 for $5) it's quite milky and not that creamy texture. more lean towards than sorbet texture. melted very fast tbh.
($7.40 for venti size) I felt that it's quite milky for me tbh but mild taste for roasted tea. I did tried it for hojicha frap b4 previously.
($8) it's quite nice tbh as hojicha + black sesame fusion was quite interesting tbh. My friend recommended this over from matcha. But I felt that it's quite thick texture for cream tbh. Got strong black sesame and hojicha fusion taste. π
($13) I felt that I expected to be nicer than matcha bingsu version. but then they put too much hojicha powder already. :"( But plus ice cream taste so weird and luckily they didn't give too bigger scoop. The red bean inside bingsu have tasted much than previous trip that I have tried.
(L Size - $6.90) I felt that it's best hojicha latte that I have tried. It's smooth texture, strong roasted tea and milky taste. I wanted to try their matcha version soon next time.
($8) I felt that it's quite milky and slightly roasted tea.
(add-on warabi mochi) I felt that warabi mochi is too extra for hojicha pure tea lol but then pure tea was quite bitter and straight enough. warabi mochi was quite chewy and crunchy texture.
($3.50) I finally tried their mochi special (up to 80 per day) everyone recommend to try this mochi special on plaza singapura outlet. I felt that their mochi was quite fresh made daily and need to complement with different cream (matcha, pistachio or hojicha) I know it's took me a while to try it out because I don't really go to there during lunch hour unless after work. I did enjoy their hojicha cream tbh and got strong roasted tea.
($7.20) included iced but free oat milk. But my friend thought its coffee tbh due to the colour shown on the cup. I felt that hojicha latte was not that strong taste enough as oat milk covered up the taste.
