Housed in a beautiful black&white colonial-style house, decorated with class. Knowledgeable and pro-active service staff. Unfortunately, the food is not very innovative, and except for a few dishes like red tom yum, extremely average - quite unmemorable. There are many places in Singapore that serve better Thai food. Prices are high. No wonder when we were there, the clientèle was exclusively expat (primarily Caucasian).

We have been visiting this joint (the original Bangkok Jam in Singapore) since it first opened. The food is not terribly authentic but reliable, neither very good nor terrible, and prices are reasonable, especially if you have a deal like Entertainer. A good place to go to if you happen to be in the mall. Definitely not a gastronomic destination when you have a craving for Thai food.

The food is ok, not as good as the better standalone Thai joints, but still better than other chains like Basil Thai Kitchen at Paragon (the worst!) or ThaiExpress. Tháis like their good a bit sweet, but the Fish Head Tom Yum Curry is definitely off the mark - diabetics might collapse eating too much of the sauce!

Lots of choices, with a long menu which is kind of confusing because it comes on 3 separate lists. The food is good, although it’s not as refined or yummy as at the top Thai restaurants. The complete-meal-in-one-dish offerings are very reasonably priced, but if you order cooked dishes for sharing, the meal can turn out to be as costly as Bangkok Jam, which may be less authentic but cleaner and m
