It’s a cute play of words, but when they say Gouda, they mean GOUDA. Sprinkled on top of the coffee-infused drink is grated Gouda!
Don’t worry, it doesn’t taste odd at all. Though the combination of coffee+cocktail+cheese may seem funky, yet it resulted in a easy-to-drink beverage. It is slightly savoury and sweet, but refreshing and perfect for a lazy afternoon.
