Sin Gan Tian signature bowl ($5.90) loaded with ingredients like winter melon shaved ice, taro paste, sweet potato balls and taro balls.
However we ordered the hot version and was really disappointed when it was served. Without the shaved ice, bowl looks quite empty.
Perhaps they can consider using a smaller bowl or increase the portion of the sweet potato balls and taro balls so that aesthetics wise, it don't look so empty.
