Prefer poke bowls over the more traditional Jap chirashis for their sauces & tropical flavours. The pineapples was delightfully sweet cutting the “rawness” which may have resulted from the generous cube chunks of tuna sashimi. Dipping that w my choice of honey sesame sauce gave greater depth of flavours, which whetted my appetite further!🍍🐟

Always a long queue at Wah Kee wanton noodles despite the aplenty of other similar stalls nearby (finally got round to queueing for it); what stood out were the plump wantons, springy noodles and it’s flavourful chilli it was tossed in!🍜
