Steaks

Simply put, Fat Belly has got to be one of the best places to get your steak fix out there.

For appetisers, i ordered the truffle fries and creamed kale. Truffle fries were crispy and aromatic, and the creamed kale was surprisingly appetising and was not too heavy on the palette.

For mains, i ordered the onglet and rump cap. The steaks were done perfectly, and each bite only had me wanting for more. The steaks were extremely juicy and tender, and has honestly got to be one of the best steaks I've ever had in Singapore.

I'm not really a dessert person, but i felt that the sticky date pudding is a MUST order. The flavours were perfectly balanced, and was not too sweet or overbearing.
