For a $2.00 price point, it would be a value-for-money dessert for the not fussy matcha lovers. The ice cream is not too sweet, however the texture of the ice cream is just like your any MacDonald sundae.

I’m quite particular with the quality of the tea in my 泡泡茶 / Bubble Tea, and the Cassia Black Tea with Mousse certainly did not disappoint. I heard that all tea is freshly brewed on the spot upon order, hence I could not taste the dry bitterness which will only exist in a pot of tea that had been brewed hours ago. The white foam at the top is solid good with a faint of burnt caramel, not too sweet for me and that layer of sweet goodness is my favourite part of this unique blend. With the freshness of the quality black tea and mildly sweet caramalised white foam, I would highly recommended this beverage for anyone who loves their bubble tea.
