Fried baby squid that I find slightly tough to bite through and swallow. Taste wise is on the sweet and savoury side due to the caramelized with gold kumquat sauce.

Apart from the Jade tofu that makes you go wow, this dish was served with black truffle sauce that's adds another distinctive selling point to it. The black truffle sauce taste wasn't that strong.
