Ma La Hotpot

If you’re looking something other than mala hotpot in Kuchai lama, do not hesitate to try this place out! Good portion for the noodle, the portion for side dishes are just right. We also ordered the Chinese vodka (RM9) because this is our first time seeing it in the menu and why not?

Delicious hotpot in Melbourne! Limited seat. Grab a bowl, pick the ingredients you want, pay at the counter and wait for your mala hotpot to be served. Don’t forget to grab some cold drink :)

RM3.99 for vege and RM5.99 for meat. Grab one bowl for veg and another for meat. Bring it to the counter and wait for your 麻辣香锅！Taste mild but not bad.

Long queue hotpot! Don’t forget your number from the waiter. The mala hotpot is quite oily and spicy. Meat range and portion is okay. Overall, I prefer 火焰山 and 老四川 over this!

Broth: 9.5/10 Food: 7/10 ⭐️ One of the best ma la hotpot broth I ever tasted. You can pick less oil if you want.
