Generous serving of tender duck meat in this meal, the sauce was quite a unique taste and doesn't make the dish too gelat.

Serving was generous with legit big prawns, curry was a tad spicy but flavour wise is very rich! Recommended!

Also ordered chef's special dish (tiger prawn+smoked salmon linguine in cream sauce), it was a bit too jelat when the dish turn cold but the texture is still good, cooked to al dente.

Used Burpple 1 for 1 and it's a good deal 👍🏻 ambience was not bad and best thing, no service charge & gst!

Housed inside Orchard Hotel, need walk around 10mins to reach. Good for group dinner with the spacious space.

Very value for money with the burpple 1 for 1 deal. Ordered this and a peking duck pizza. Highly recommended to order this pasta for sharing between 2 pax, serving was just nice and taste wise it was really good and doesn't feel jelak at all. The pizza was decent, had a lot of mushrooms and veggies, the duck meat was a bit tough tho. The crust is not too thick too.

Used Burpple 1 for 1 deal and it's worth the money! The tacos is very big with a serving of chips, the chicken taste decent too! Ordered iced tea which taste refreshing. Overall, the ambience was chill with the background music, good for groups & I'll come back again!

Always my choice for order whenever I dine at Collins! Got a member price at $9.90, which is really very worth!

Chicken was tender, with a thin & crispy layer of skin, the sauce (can choose from mushroom, black pepper and 1 more) is slightly more watery but add flavour to the dish. The corn is very sweet, must try!

Overall, the dishes at Collins are affordable and value for money. You can even add on a soup/B&J ice cream + drink @$6.90-$7.90.

Used the 1 for 1 for this, quite worth the money! A decent dish with 4 fresh crayfish, the tomato sauce was a tad too much, overpower the garlic chilli & white wine taste but still a good dish!
