CBD lunch

Asked the waitress for recommendations. Flavourful, well cooked with a good amount of pork lard. Would eat again!

Introduced to me by a Vietnamese colleague, the Hanoï Bun Cha at Uncle Ho's is as authentic as in Hanoi! Dip the noodles and veg into the sweet savoury sauce and enjoy! This place is the CBDs best kept Vietnamese secret.
Their bahn mi is very authentic and delicious and worth ordering as well. Their pho however is northern style and so not as herby as the southern style (which is less to my preference). Highly recommended!

Independant café with great coffee and perfectly steamed milk (Australian flat white style). Love that their matcha latte has no added sugar and the staff are super friendly and helpful. Reasonably priced too, flat white and matcha latte were $5 each. This is my go to Cafe in the CBD 👌

Had their Special dry beef noodles in gravy with 2 bouncy beef balls in soup included. Loved the way I could add spring onions and Chinese celery to taste (I like my noodles extra herbal) and the sauce was thick and delicious. Found the chilli a bit too sour but for sure this will become a lunchtime staple!
