Boeuf bourguignon with mini comte souffle ($32++)

Ate this with burrple 1 for 1!
French stew with slow cooked beef cheeks, red wine, stewed vegetables and bacon.

Beef cheeks were tender and flavourful. Went well with the crispy bacon and cheesy souffle. Portion was quite small though. However, tastes much better than the seafood souffle set.

Seafood broth was overpowered by taste of mussels. There were clams, prawns and fish inside as well. Comes with lobster souffle (plain but topped with lobster claw meat on top), served with rouille toast which went well with the dip and stew.

Didn't really like the mussel broth. Other dish was better!!
