With over 80 varieties of dishes including seafood, meat, vegetables and sides, @nuerhong_restaurant offers a feast with their hotpot and bbq buffet for just $29.90 onwards! We enjoyed the variety of ingredients we could choose from plus the soups we tried (ginseng chicken and spicy soup) were tasty too 😋

It has an array of Japanese dishes and features 223 buffet items. We got to try many dishes and my favourites are the Aburi Shake Mentaiko Nigiri, Snowy Cherry Blossom Chawanmushi and the Sashimi Moriwase. The sashimi was fresh and the Cherry Blossom Chawanmushi stood out especially because the smooth steamed egg is covered with sweet egg white foam, making the flavours complement each other well 😋⁣

Update: Went back on my own to try other items and I think it’ll be good if they work on their consistency, as there were hits and misses from the things I tried the second visit (even though with 223 items, I can see why). It’s still worth it on #burpplebeyond though!

Food Exchange is offering a National Day deal of $54nett (usual price $68++) for their Asia Buffet Dinner from Sundays to Thursdays for the month of August! They serve local specialties such as White Pepper Sri Lankan Crab, Kueh Pie Tee, Bak Kut Teh, satay, a selection of Indian dishes and a selection of nyonya kueh as well. ⁣

Beach Road Kitchen at @jwmarriottsg offers a wide variety of food from various cuisines such as Indian, Western, Local which leaves you spoilt for choice the moment you step into the restaurant. What I liked most was the dessert section, where you can find a large selection of cakes and pastries, plus huge jars of sweets as well!⁣

They’re currently having an Indonesian Specialties Buffet from 17-27 July where guest chefs from Ritz Carlton Bali cook and prepare Indonesian delicacies and they even have a live grill station where you get fish and meat such as beef kalbi and iberico pork cooked for you.⁣
