A new addition to the Liang Sandwich family. Of course, the duck isn't superior quality, but it was good enough for its price ($7+). Would have been better with more hoisin sauce to make the flavours of the duck more apparent. Nice Asian sandwich made famous by Jay Chou. Overall a satisfying snack would buy again if hungry!
(Take note, the Peking Duck sandwich does not come with a fried egg, unlike most of Liang's Sandwiches.)
