Montreal was a pastry heaven! Still thinking about Patisserie Rhubarbe’s lemon tart, which is really on another level. It’s creamy, tart and each bite is perfect. Lemon tarts tend to taste about the same, but this one was so delicious and well balanced. You can definitely feel the thought put into this!
