猪肉的比虾肉的好吃,腥味淡一些,饺子皮很薄,所谓的拉面灌汤饺“汤汁”并不多。

换了菜单后,小菜的质量比之前下降好多,曾经猪肉片是蘸生蛋黄的,现在配的是蛋黄酱……曾经香酥好吃的芝麻炸鸡换成了味道普通的凉鸡胸肉配芝麻酱……曾经超大粒的炸虾现在只剩下厚厚的面衣……于是,曾经排大队的饺子王现在基本不用等位……

整餐下来我最喜欢的部分。号称选用的是日本最贵的Koshihikari rice,配我喜欢的芝麻香脆拌料还是很赞的。

做完按摩又饿又冷,就想吃一碗热腾腾的日本拉面,随便走进一家拉面店,吃到一碗料超级丰富,丰富到让人忘记汤底的拉面。
光猪肉就有三种,适合我这种觉得一般拉面很单调的人。最喜欢里面的竹笋,鲜嫩爽脆。猪肉块软而有嚼劲,一点也不柴。叉烧比较薄,有股肉的焦香。溏心蛋处理的很到位,不腻。青葱丝和红花丝很细,没有辣味和涩味。拉面中细有嚼劲。相比之下汤底就略显逊色,较咸较油。
